Night Of Life does all three unanimously and so successfully. Yes, it showcases the talent of NYC, but more importantly it expresses why artists like me get up  and create everyday. There's a reason why art exists and Daniel Gold's company, Leg Up On Life, reminds us why it's so important. Night Of Life is a direct expression of Community, Philanthropy, and Humanity. It provides joy, gives dancers a chance to perform, and most of all challenges each and every presenter to grow in their artistry. It is an atmosphere that allows us to take risks, and provides a safe space for artists to be themselves, and to try new things, all for a beautiful and special cause."

"This was my first time performing at Night Of Life and WOW! What an honor! The bonds I built with so many beautiful people in such a short amount of time really displays the power of art and the way it can impact communities everywhere. Once we met, the love, support and family vibes were beyond anything I could have imagined! The Trevor Project is such an amazing representation of just that because its mission is to provide resources, community, and a sense of belonging to the LGBTQ+ communities everywhere. I'm so thankful to have donated to this cause not only monetarily, but through my art, right alongside my NYC dance tribe."

"I've been fortunate to be a part of NIGHT OF LIFE three times and each time I'm reminded of how powerful our performing arts community can be. As artists, we have the ability to take our audiences to places miles away from their troubles, fears, anxiety, and sadness. This is a powerful tool that can make profound change in our community and our world. I think of this each time I have the honor to take the stage at Night Of Life. At this event, we are not only sharing art to captivate our audiences, but we are sharing art to benefit The Trevor Project, an organization that aids in crisis intervention, and suicide prevention. Hundreds of artists dancing for something far beyond themselves creates an electric energy that is truly limitless. Come and take part in this incredible event. HUGE shoutout to Daniel Gold for bringing our dance community together as an army that is standing behind every person who feels they are alone."
